“The Natural” has also challenged for ONE gold twice, losing a pair of battles for the ONE Lightweight Kickboxing World Title. He most recently wrecked Yoshihiro Akiyama at ONE 165 and will have revenge on his mind in this massive second encounter with Sinsamut.
Also on the card, fans will see the return of seven-time Muay Thai World Champion Panpayak Jitmuangnon when he welcomes Majid Seydali to ONE in flyweight Muay Thai action.
Panpayak enjoyed a ceremonious return to ONE last October, outpointing Silviu Vitez across three rounds to show he’s still one of the best. He then suffered a stunning defeat against unbeaten rising star Egor Bikrev and will be looking to get back on track this week.
Meanwhile, the debuting Seydali will look to keep the Thai superstar down on his luck with a career-best performance.
In addition, Shadow Singha Mawynn returns to the series against Hassan Vahdanirad in flyweight Muay Thai, while longtime ONE Women’s Strawweight MMA World Champion Xiong Jing Nan restarts her atomweight campaign against fellow Chinese powerhouse Meng Bo.
